The original Necropunks models are actually really damn cool - but they were not released at the time when I bought these stand ins, and there was no picture of them in the rulebook to give you an idea of what they would look like either.

Necropunk 1
First out of two Necropunk "stand in" models - these guys are not from West Wind but actually Warmachine models. I bought them like 7-8 months ago with the intention of using them as Necropunks but never got around to painting them because the models just gave me "boring to paint" vibes. And guess what - they were indeed boring to paint. I do like the models, and even more so having them painted up but there is just something about the sculpts that doesn't work for me from a painters perspective.
