Journey into Madness - Rat Freak

Feeling better today, at least well enough to finally be able to sit up and paint some models again. Last few days have been a waste in that department, can't remember last time I've been so sick.

Today I just picked one weirdo model since I didn't know if I would have the energy to start painting the 4 cultists I originally had in mind. To the gentlemen over at The Miniature Page to whom I promised a "painting faces" tutorial, I've not forgotten you - I just need to find a good model for that purpose first. Hopefully some new stuff will arrive next week which could be used to the tutorial.

So this is one of 4 "freak" miniatures you get in the West Wind "Gothic Horror - Circus of Death" range blister called "Freaks". I've already painted up two models previously one is used as a generic bloated zombie, the other as a Crooked Man for Malifaux. I figure I would use this model for Strange Aeons. Tempted to use the "Missing Link" profile, but "Giant Rat" might suit it better.

I've not yet had the chance to Matt Varnish this model, not going to push my luck going out in the garage to freeze my balls off when I'm still not 100% recovered.
