The September campaign - printer friendly version

Got an email from a reader who wondered if I could provide a more printer friendly version. I have no idea why I did not upload such a version from the beginning - but here it is. All the color backgrounds have been removed and are now completely white. Not as fancy as the original version perhaps, but more economical if you want to print out scenarios and parts of it.
