Ratings: syndies bob up and down

Syndicated game shows moved a little during the week of October 1-7, but not much. At least there weren't any sudden drops, but there weren't any big jumps, either. TVNewsCheck is on top of the itty-bitty changes...

Wheel of Fortune 6.4 - up a tick
Jeopardy 5.6 - flat
Family Feud 4.1 - down a tick from a season high
Millionaire 2.1 - down a couple ticks in more blah news for Meredith
Baggage 1.1 - up a tick, you remember Jerry?

Only the top three made TV by the Numbers' list of the 25 most-watched syndies. The viewership averages: Wheel of Fortune 9.8 million, Jeopardy 8.5 million, Family Feud 5.9 million. Pretty standard numbers lately.

TVNewser's usual cable ranker says GSN enjoyed an okay week for October 8-14, with 347K/230K viewership averages prime time/total day. Not long ago those would have been pretty good ratings, but they look a little pale compared to recent weeks. The network ranked 39th and 41st in the windows.
